Ia Wik is a Swedish writer, director, and editor based in Los Angeles, known for her vivid and realistic storytelling. From an early age, she developed a fascination with the complexities of human relationships, drawing inspiration from everyday life to create relatable characters with raw emotional depth, blending humor with heart.

With a background in marketing, Ia has earned recognition for her sharp wit and creativity in social media content, culminating in the prestigious Rising Star of the Year award at the Swedish Content Awards 2023.

Decaf (2026) marks her debut in narrative storytelling as writer, director, and editor. The project was developed during her directing studies at UCLA Extension in Los Angeles in 2025.
